In today’s business environment most companies and transportation vendors focus on the outbound component of the supply chain product transportation.  Receiving is critical in ensuring that the products you ordered and are paying for have been received in good condition and on time. 

Team Fanok will provide import customs broker service if required.  We will track the inbound progress of your products or respond to your notification of pending shipments.  Our warehouse attendants will be prepared to receive your inbound shipments and will validate that the quantity received matches the documentation.  The condition of the merchandise will be closely inspected.  Your company’s products will be promptly logged-in to ensure your visibility of the progress of your inbound products.  The merchandise will be placed in storage at our warehouse or crossed docked and moved forward per your requirements within 24 hours of receipt.

Team Fanok will partner with your company in identifying and implementing policies and processes that will reduce cost and improve efficiency of the movement of your inbound products.  Here are a few areas that should be looked at:

               -every incoming pallet or case is properly labeled and identified at the point

                of origin.

               -labels are verified per order information.

               -if products are not properly labeled, the receiving team should properly label them.

               -if items are removed from cartons or pallets, new labels should be made.
